Refund Policy:
We do want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. ON all of our Jewerly we offer a 30 return policy.
Shipping Information:
All Shipping Orders are Insured and Tracked and sent by USPS Priority Mail. We will mail packages via any method you request, if you just email us, however it may cost a few dollars more.
International Orders:
Orders from outside the United States have several options for International Shipping, including Global Express Mail, Global Priority Mail, Worldwide Ground Shipping, and International Express Mail. NOTE: International Orders must use Global Express Mail for Tracking & Insurance.
All Orders from Sublime Designers:
Upon receiving payment, you will immediately receive a receipt via email from us with the tracking number and other important postal information. Orders include an informational photo guide to your gemstone jewelry. All orders are sent the next business day after payment is received.
Broken Items:
If you receive an item that is broken, you will receive all the insurance money for that item by turning in the insurance claim with the US Post Office. Or, if you prefer we will replace the item for you free of charge. Just return the broken item(s).
Unsatisfactory Items:
If you receive an item that you are unsatisfied with for any reason, you may return the item (completely intact) for a full refund of the item(s) minus shipping/insurance. This includes any or all purchases post marked 30 days or less from the day the item was shipped. You will need a receipt for returns.
Custom Order Returns:
We will make every possible effort to ensure that custom orders are acceptable to you before they are shipped. If you receive a custom order that you are unsatisfied with for any reason, you may return the item for store credit at the full amount minus shipping/insurance.
Altercations on Item Orders:
If you receive an order that needs altercation (such as to be lengthen or shortened), you will need to send the item back with a detailed message of what it is you need changed or fixed. At that times we will gladly make whatever changes are needed for you and you will pay a considerably small fee (usually $0-$15) plus the price of shipping. Email us for a price quote on altering or modifying jewelry items.
